Craig House
On the way to and from the farm we stop by Andy's friends house. Heath and his family live about half way between home and the farm. We stopped on the way and spent the night and on the way home we stop in just for a few hours, have dinner, and then head home. They have two children, their son is 4, and their daughter is just a few months older than Morgan. The kids always have a blast running around their acreage. We love catching up and appreciate their hospitality!
The Farm
We enjoyed a few days at my Grandparents farm in Nebraska. Morgan loved chasing the bunnies and frogs she found. We even set out carrots for her "hop hop's." I enjoyed visiting with my Grandparents and we ate way to much delicious food. It was special to be there this week since on the 15th was my Dad's birthday. He would have been 64 years old. I love spending a few minutes walking the farm alone each time I go. There is such a peacefulness to the farm and I think about all the wonderful childhood moments I got to enjoy there each summer.

Potty Training
We have started potty training Morgan this week. It is going pretty well. We have had some really good days and then a few days with more accidents. She's shown a lot of interest over the past two months. I was going to wait another month, but she got a bad diaper rash that was refusing to clear up. I woke up Monday morning and just jumped into potty training her. She really likes her Elmo and Hello Kitty underwear and she enjoys picking out the pair she is going to wear. :)
The good news is her diaper rash is looking a lot better. The bad news is my house looks like a tornado. Following a toddler around all day trying to keep her dry and going only on the potty doesn't give me a lot of time to get anything else done. Now I get to start my night of cleaning!
