Popsicles and Summertime!

We love summertime!!  Perfect time for flip-flops, shorts, and popsicles!!  Now that Morgan's out of school we look forward to having a great couple of months enjoying the warm/hot weather!  We'll be hitting the beach in just a couple of weeks.

Spring Soccer 2013

Morgan enjoyed playing spring soccer.  It seemed like a cold rainy spring so we had lots of cancelled practices and make-up games.  Morgan really improved going after the ball and becoming more aggressive.  She scored 4 goals this season!!!  Morgan loved playing and we loved cheering her on!

Preschool Graduation!

Today, I have a Kindergartner!  (sniff, sniff)
Not sure how two years went so quickly!  We are so proud of Morgan and how far she has come in the past two years.  She loves learning and has quickly caught on to reading, writing and beginning math.  She loves art at school and of course recess with friends.  I loved her learning about Jesus and hearing bible stories and praying in class each preschool day.  I'm so excited to watch her continue to learn and grow, but my heart is heavy knowing she is growing up.  Time just goes to quickly!!!

This is "Morgan" and 8th grade buddy helped Morgan make a life size drawing of herself.  It now proudly hangs in our playroom. :)

Morgan had fun the last week of preschool!  The class had water day outside and Mackenzie was excited she was able to participate.  Morgan's had a great 2 years of preschool.  Her teachers have been amazing! 
Morgan made some great friendships too.  We will miss SJL Preschool!
