I had a Martha Stewart moment and made my own wreath this year for our front door. My wreaths really struggle to hold up for more than a year or two. By the end of the cold winter they are falling apart. This year I didn't want to spend $30-60 on a wreath that would likely end up in the trash in a year or two. I went to Hobby Lobby and found a plain wreath that was half price...got it for $4.00. Then I bought some decorative items to hot glue to it. It only took me 20 minutes to create it and cost a total of $15. Not bad at all! I think it turned out quite well.

Thanksgiving
I have so many blessings that I am thankful for...especially Andy, Morgan and baby girl Hilbrich. They mean the world to me! I am also so grateful to spend each day at home with our special girl. I am thankful not to miss a single moment of all the wonderful things Morgan is discovery at this fun age. :)
We had a great Thanksgiving and ate a lot of good food. We started the day at the Hilbrich's and ended at Holli's house. I only have one picture from Holli's. I think I was too busy visiting with family and chasing Morgan around. Morgan had fun at the end of the night snuggling in her pj's with her cousins and watching the Snoopy Thanksgiving movie.
Reading with GiGi.
Love her Thanksgiving outfit. This is the best shot I could get of her whole outfit. She was to busy to stay still for me. :)

20 Weeks
I've finally popped out!
It's hard to believe I am at the halfway point already! I have felt my urge to nest kick in more this week. I have started cleaning out our spare bedroom which will become Morgan's big girl room. She has requested a pink room! I am going to miss that extra space for my crafts and random items that I didn't know where to store in the house. Giving up that closet will be hard, but so worth it having Baby Hilbrich complete our family. :)
I am feeling great and enjoy feeling our little girl move more and more each day! Andy felt the baby kick for the first time last night. I am so glad he finally did! Morgan got to feel the baby last week.
Morgan loves giving her little sister hugs and kisses already!
Big squeeze!!

We are having a...
GIRL!!!!
I love our "Big Sister!!"

Morgan opening the gift.
The outfit that revealed our baby's identity!

Food, drinks, and fun!

Morgan, GiGi, and James enjoying dinner.
Our youngest participant in the reveal. Isn't he the sweetest! Looks like baby girl Hilbrich will have a boyfriend. :)
My dearest friends...Kat, Cheryl, and Jennifer. I'm so glad they got to be part of this special moment.
Traci, me and Vicki striking a pose. I wish Holli could have attended to be in our sister picture.
We are so excited that Morgan is going to have a sister! I hope they become great friends!! The baby was really active during the sonogram and we even caught her sucking her thumb. I had to laugh because Morgan saw on the baby sucking her thumb on the screen and she thought that was so funny. I might have two thumb suckers on my hand...yikes! Our next step is figuring out a name. I guess it's time to pull out the baby names book. :)
We had a reveal party last night with our family. It was a lot of fun! We asked everyone to wear either pink or blue to show what they thought the baby's gender would be. Morgan opened a gift with a "baby sister" outfit in it to reveal our surprise.

Tomorrow...
We are so excited to find out baby Hilbrich's gender tomorrow!!! I can't wait! I have friends who don't find out their babies gender and those that do. I feel like it is such a personal choice what each couple decides. It always makes me sad when people judge those that do or don't find out. I always tell people we find out because I am a planner and I like to have things ready for the baby. That is one part of why we find out the gender. The other important part is it gives Andy and I a chance to really connect and bond with the baby. Not to say if we didn't find out we couldn't bond with he baby, but for us it is such a special time knowing the months before what are little ones gender is. I remember when we found out Morgan was a girl. Andy and I felt even a stronger bond with her the last few months before she arrived. I can't wait to have that same experience with this little one.
On a fun note...
I love how much Morgan talks to my belly. This morning she came in our room to have snuggle time. She said good morning to the baby and laid her head on my belly. She began singing to my belly and the baby responded with a couple good kicks! Morgan laughed so hard that she got to feel the baby move. I love the fact they are already so connected to each other.
